This second update is released for all those iOS devices which are already running iOS 8, and Apple is trying to fix issues like HealthKit, keyboard and thing like, as some iOS users facing these issues after updating their devices on iOS 8. This new update solve the “No Service” problem found in earlier update, improved Touch ID and Wi-Fi function likewise.
